Stainless Steel Stampings, Stainless Steel Stamped Parts & Stainless Steel Stamped Components

We are one of the leading manufacturers and exporters of Stainless Steel Stampings, Stainless Steel Stamped Parts, and Stainless Steel Stamped Components from India.
We have been supplying precision-engineered Stainless Steel components to the world market for many decades — delivering unmatched quality, competitive pricing, and flexible production schedules. Our manufacturing unit is equipped with modern presses, progressive dies, and high-tonnage hydraulic presses capable of producing intricate stampings in Stainless Steel 304, 316, 301, 410, 430, and other specialized grades. Every component is produced to international standards and exported globally to clients in the USA, UK, Germany, Australia, and the Middle East.

Our engineering team brings over 30 years of global exposure in precision metal forming, offering design optimization, tooling support, and customized stamping solutions tailored to the most demanding industrial applications.

Overview

Stainless Steel stampings are precision-formed components manufactured through cold or hot pressing of Stainless Steel sheets using dies and punches. These components provide excellent corrosion resistance, tensile strength, and dimensional accuracy, making them ideal for automotive, electrical, marine, HVAC, and instrumentation industries. The process involves blanking, piercing, forming, deep drawing, and trimming operations to achieve tight tolerances and repeatable quality.

The materials conform to ASTM A240, A666, A276, IS 6911, JIS G4305, DIN EN 10088, and BS 970 standards. We specialize in medium-to-large-volume runs with turnaround times of 4–6 weeks, supported by in-house tool room and 3D CAD/CAM design.

Stainless Steel Stampings

Stainless Steel Stampings are created by pressing flat sheet metal into precise shapes using mechanical or hydraulic presses. Typical parts include washer plates, brackets, terminal contacts, housings, and shields.
Grades such as 304L, 316L, 301, and 430 are selected based on required corrosion resistance, hardness, and magnetism. The surfaces can be bright annealed, passivated, or electro-polished as per client requirements.

Stainless Steel Stamped Parts

These are finished or semi-finished precision components made through progressive die stamping or deep drawing.
Applications include electrical enclosures, connector shells, valve covers, fuel system components, and sensor housings. Tight tolerances up to ±0.05 mm are achievable using CNC press tools and progressive die feeders.
Our advanced press lines (40 – 400 tons) handle both thin and heavy gauge materials up to 5 mm thickness.

Stainless Steel Stamped Components

These components are widely used where structural strength and surface finish are crucial. We supply parts for HVAC assemblies, appliance housings, medical instruments, automotive sub-assemblies, and marine fittings.
Each stamped component is de-burred, cleaned, and surface-finished before final inspection using digital micrometers and vision measuring systems.

304 Stainless Steel Stamped and Pressed Parts

304 Stainless Steel is the most versatile and widely used alloy due to its excellent corrosion resistance and formability.
We produce 304 SS pressed parts for electrical switchgear, kitchen appliances, and industrial enclosures, with optional finishes like mirror polish, electro-plating, or powder coating.

316 Stainless Steel Pressed and Stamped Components

316 Stainless Steel contains molybdenum, which enhances resistance to chloride and marine corrosion.
Ideal for marine hardware, pharmaceutical equipment, and food-grade machinery, our 316 pressed components undergo acid cleaning, passivation, and electro-polishing for superior durability.

Stainless Steel Sheet Metal Pressing

Our sheet metal pressing facilities are equipped with CNC turret presses, hydraulic presses, and deep-draw formers, allowing production of covers, trays, brackets, and clamps from Stainless Steel sheets.
Thickness range: 0.2 mm to 6.0 mm; tolerances: ±0.1 mm.
We adhere to ISO 2768-mK tolerance guidelines.

Stainless Steel 304 and 316 Sheet Metal Components

We supply precision sheet metal components using both 304 and 316 grades, as per ASTM A240 standards.
Our typical production includes mounting plates, terminal covers, instrument boxes, and custom housings. The combination of high-strength and corrosion-resistant material ensures long-term service in harsh environments.
